DIRECTOR OF RECRUITING, Caretaker of Candidates

Recruiting supporting our contracting and permanent
placement businesses.

accounting contracting industry in the Twin Cities and

Caretaker of Candidates via the following:
• Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and
assessment of contract and permanent placement candidates.
• Fostering and maintaining candidate relationships.
• Participation in applicable professional
networking activities as well as groups sponsored by
Certes (FENG, Nextworking, MNCPA, etc.).
• Partnering with the client service team to help
match candidates to opportunities.
• Reshape recruiting approach, processes, and
metrics as Certes grows and to adapt to changing market
conditions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA; Big 4 Public
Accounting background coupled with industry experience;
10+ years of experience. Prior staffing experience is a
plus.
