Job Description
We are Certes Financial Pros, a “Best Employer” award-
winning financial staffing firm, specializing in placing
financial professionals in companies with interim,
project, and permanent hiring needs.
We are currently seeking a Senior Communications
Coordinator to create and execute strategic marketing
functions, including internal and external communications,
public relations, advertising strategy, and website
management. An individual contributor and dedicated team
player, the successful candidate will have experience with
email, print, and web communications; speech and script
writing; and advising senior leadership on communications
strategy. Other requirements include the ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. We need a
high energy rapport builder with the outgoing personality
and great sense of humor to match!

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or
related field; 5+ years of relevant professional
experience; Knowledge of Finance or Accounting industry a
plus; Excellent oral and written communication skills,
including the ability to edit the work of others for
publication; Solid Microsoft Office knowledge; Strong
project management skills and superior attention to
detail; Experience with print and web publishing programs
preferred; Advertising/PR/Web agency relationship
management experience preferred; Demonstrated event
planning experience a plus; Ability to excel in a fast
paced environment where change is a daily reality.
