Job Description Our client is a leader in their high-tech industry and
they are currently searching for an SEC Reporting
Analyst/Accountant to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for the preparation
and review of SEC and related filings/documents; focus on
accountability for the core financial reporting controls
and procedures; Perform and document technical accounting
research; assist in ownership, development, and training
on Global Policies and Procedures; and act as a liaison
with external auditors
This position participates heavily in the preparation and
filing of required SEC documents and provides guidance to
the global finance organization on technical accounting
matters.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
3+ years of financial reporting and /or public accounting
experience with exposure to SEC filings; knowledge of GAAP
and SEC regulations; proven ability to manage multiple
timelines; prior experience with acquisitions/divestitures
preferred; Big 4 experience a plus. Strong analytical,
communication (written and verbal) and organizational
skills required.
