in their high-tech industry and they are currently
searching for a Manager of Financial Reporting to join
their team.
This position plays a critical leadership role in
maintaining financial integrity, solid internal controls,
and compliance across our client’s finance and accounting
activities. The Accounting Manager participates heavily
in the preparation and filing of required SEC documents
and provides leadership and guidance to the global finance
organization on technical accounting matters. In this
role you will also prepare Board of Directors materials,
perform technical accounting research, and execute various
ad hoc analyses as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred;
5+ years of financial reporting and/or public accounting
experience with exposure to SEC filings; Big 4 experience
a plus; Skilled knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations;
Proven ability to manage non-negotiable timelines; Prior
experience with acquisitions/divestitures preferred.
