and technical expertise to the table in support of a
strong company operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing

consider. As our client’s business continues to expand
internationally, they need a great resource to drive the
SEC reporting and accounting policy development processes.
Particulars include:
• Serving as the accounting and SEC reporting
technical expert which encompasses identifying issues
impacting the business lines as well as researching to
provide recommendations to management.
• Researching and documenting differences in
accounting guidance that impacts the company’s
international operations. Includes leading IFRS adoption
efforts as they are employed, understanding accounting
differences, performing reconciliations, and establishing
processes and controls.
• Become knowledgeable about business line offerings
and provide direction as services/products change so that
the accounting impact is understood as well as is employed
properly and consistently.
• Perform acquisition-related accounting research
and perform due diligence as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required; 7+ years
public accounting experience with a strong technical
accounting and reporting acumen; Strong problem-solving
and relationship-building skills. Financial service
industry knowledge is of value.
