The External Reporting Manager will oversee the financial
consolidation process and ensure appropriate GAAP at all
legal entities, assist with the coordination of external
audits, responsible for research of new accounting
pronouncements and accounting for new transactions, serve
as the administrator for the reporting software package,
supervise accounting staff and various special projects as
assigned.

Requirements
BA/BS in accounting; 4 – 5 years public accounting
experience – Big 4 experience strongly preferred; 2-4
years in SEC Reporting role in industry strongly preferred
combined with the public accounting background; CPA
required; Experience in financial services industry
preferred; SEC reporting and SOX compliance experience
preferred; Financial reporting software experience
preferred; In-depth knowledge of accounting systems and
processing; Financial reporting experience including
balance sheet, cash flows and income statement
preparation. |
